Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information or leaving a payment method on file, you expressly authorize Microsoft Place and its agents to charge the provided payment method for amounts invoiced for services rendered, including one‑time and recurring charges, and any applicable fees. 
Technical Data: IP addresses and usage logs for security monitoring and "Cloud FinOps" optimization.
 

2. How We Use Your Data We use your data to manage your cloud environments (Azure, GCP, etc), provide 24/7 security monitoring, and process billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
 

3. Third-Party Sharing We share data only with essential service providers, such as Stripe (for payments) and your designated cloud infrastructure providers (i.e. Microsoft Azure), to facilitate your managed services. 
 

4. Data Security In line with our "security-first" philosophy, we use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices to safeguard your information.

5. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date.
